This is a super quick + nutritious breakfast, snack or dessert you can prepare in advance – meaning you’ll have a quick healthy meal ready in the fridge if you don’t have a lot of time. It’s lovely and chocolaty, and is a great way to incorporate chia seeds into your diet.
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon sweetener (rice malt syrup, honey, maple syrup)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon cacao
1. Mix all ingredients into a small bowl or glass until everything is combined
2. Leave the pudding out for around 10 minutes, mixing every few minutes
3. Pop in the fridge and enjoy the next day!
